Marathon Training Log - December 4th - Day 7 - 3 miles

Not much to say about this run, 3 miles, but it was freaking COLD! 17 degrees. Wind about 7 mph out of the north. The cold hampered me a bit, but once I got warmed up, I pushed a little harder, finish time was 24:42. This was a lot slower than my goal, but weather does make a difference. It can get pretty hard to breath when it gets down below 20 or so... It is amazing how at this time of year the temp can swing so much in a day. Yesterday it was 44 degrees. Plenty more cold days like this to come.
