I know this is probably getting repetitive, but guess what, it was a nice chilly morning for a run. I headed out, did 5.25 miles in about 43 minutes. Nothing real special about this morning, every day that I get to run is a good day. This is the last real step back week as far as mileage goes, so I better get ready to log some big miles in the next 3 weeks.
